Due to the fact each horse is a one-off and extensively sculpted, sizes may vary slightly. Age recommendations for the differing horse sizes are intended as a rough guide only.  Horses are built to accommodate children up to 50kgs of  body weight only.

Safety recommendations.

As with all ride on toys, rocking horses can be dangerous to riders and spectators. To avoid accidents, remember to assist young children with mounting, riding and dismounting. The purchasing adult, or adult in receivership of a Flying High Rocking Horse assumes the risk of any personal injuries or damages to both riders and spectators.   

Limited lifetime guarantee.

All horses are sold for non-commercial, standard use and intended for children only. Child's weight is not to exceed 50kgs. Commercial use, loads over 50kgs, accidents, aggressive riding, abuse, misuse, wear and tear, exposure to outside use, heavy moisture or direct heat/sunlight, may damage the rocking horse and rockers, and in all such cases void the warranty. 

The metal armature carries a lifetime guarantee for the duration of the original purchaser’s life under intended use and will be free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. 

The timber horse and rockers will be free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship and carries a five-year guarantee under intended use from date of purchase. However, aggressive riding resulting in damage to the safety end stops on the rockers will not be covered.

The leather tack will be free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship and carries a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase.

This warranty will not apply where a rocking horse has been modified in any way from it original specifications, or where accessories not intended for the rocking horse have been installed.  

Any claim under this guarantee must be presented immediately that the suspected fault becomes apparent.

Transportation costs to and from Flying High Rocking Horse studio is not included under this warranty.

This warranty is limited to replacing or repairing the defective part without charge. No responsibility is taken for consequential or special damages, including any damages incurred during transit to and from the studio.
